Information we receive
The contact form asks for your name, email address, service interest and message. You may also provide your company name. We receive the information you send and any subsequent correspondence. Please do not include passwords, confidential documents or sensitive personal information.
Website delivery and security services may process technical information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and request time, to deliver pages, diagnose errors and protect the service.
Why we use the information
We use enquiries to respond, discuss requested services and manage the resulting correspondence. When you enquire about a contract for yourself, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For business representatives and other enquiries, our legitimate interest is to handle business communications and respond to requests.
Our legitimate interest in technical processing is to operate and protect the website. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes contact form submissions through Workers, Turnstile and its email sending service. Form details are sent to Cloudflare for delivery by email to CSF. Our email provider also processes the resulting correspondence.

How long information is kept
The retention of correspondence depends on the enquiry, necessary follow-up, any resulting customer relationship, applicable legal obligations and the need to resolve disputes. A single fixed retention period does not apply to every enquiry. Contact us for the retention information relevant to your message.
The contact Worker does not store a separate copy of the submission in a website database. The message is delivered to our email mailbox; email and security providers may retain operational records under their own policies.
Assessment answers and browser storage
The scope assessment calculates indicative results in your browser. Its answers and progress are stored in the tab’s session storage so you can continue during that session. The assessment code does not send those answers to CSF or an assessment server. Restarting the assessment resets its answers; you can also clear your browser’s site data.
The results are guidance for further discussion. They are not a decision about your legal obligations and do not produce an automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and legal basis, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request data portability where it applies. If processing relies on consent, that consent can be withdrawn. These rights are not absolute in every situation.
